Melton's Italian Dinner and Tasting
 
   

Thursday 23rd September - 7pm

A four-course meal, accompanied by 'small estate' wines from our specialist Italian suppliers: Grossi Wines.
Menu:
Bresaola, Mushroom Risotto, Italian-style Rare-breed Pork, with wines to taste with each course.
Finish with Vanilla Ice-cream and Espresso Granita, with Lemocello and a chocolate liqueur.

Melton's Too - Wine Tasting in The Loft - Northern Italy
 
   

Thursday 16th, 7.30pm

We team up with The Wine Academy and run tutored wine tastings along with a two course supper and coffee. Wine Academy staff or a guest speaker will conduct the relaxed informal tasting and our chefs will choose dishes to compliment the theme of the evening.

Portuguese Wine with Sunday Lunch - 19th September - £20.00

Melton's Too is teaming up with wine expert Charles Metcalfe, to give you a tutored tasting of Portuguese wines, which will be matched beautifully with 2-courses of locally sourced and freshly cooked produce from Melton's Too.
Charles has been an on-going part of York Food Festival's wine programme from some years now; he is both informative and entertaining.
